Yay!!! we unexpectedly won the Golden Apple at the Bratislava Biennale 2021!
This is one of the oldest children's illustration competitions. It has been held every two years since 1967. It is held under the patronage of UNESCO and the Ministry of Culture of Slovakia.

Boy Kolya from the novel "Our Land - breathes" lives far north, in the edge of larches and cedar shrubs - a plant that goes to sleep for the winter like a bear.

Sasha is a scientist, or rather a sophomore student, and his eight-year-old neighbor Dimka live in the middle lane, in the village of Koshkino, lost among the hills.
В 2021 году серия на основе книге "Наша Земля дышит" стала лауреатом премии Сheltenham illustration awards 2021 "История лучшего завтра", организованная Университет Глостершира (Челтнем, Великобритания).
Отобранные работы представляют на выставках в Британии, сначала в Челтнеме, в галерее Chapel Arts Gallery, потом в Лондоне (Museum in the Park, Stroud, UK + London Book Fair)
В прошлом году наши работы тоже были отобраны жюри для выставки и каталога, но из-за коронавируса её перенесли,
и в 2022 экспонировались финалисты за два года.

Ежегодно организаторы выпускают каталог "Cheltenham Illustration Awards Annual"), который распространяют среди педагогов и издателей. Это очень приятная книжка в твердом переплете.
